Lina Lie: On Rethinking Parenting And Creating Our Unique Blueprint To Better Care For Our Kids and Ourselves
On today’s episode, I’m honored to be joined by a fellow Singaporean and kindred spirit, Lina Lie. Lina is a certified parent coach, a positive discipline parent educator and the founder of The Heartful Mama LLC. She is on a mission to support parents and caregivers of spirited and highly sensitive children, raise their kids with a lens rooted in nervous system science, brain development, attachment science and emotional intelligence. She is deeply passionate about bringing authentic harmony back into the home environment, where every family member is seen, heard and loved for who they are, and where parents can reclaim their confidence and joy in their role as the peaceful, benevolent safe leader in the home. She currently resides in Austin TX with her beloved husband and 2 kids.
